1. Data controller

AAMOND Beauty (the "Company") is the data controller for personal data collected through this platform. Contact: cs@dxconsulting.co.kr.

2. Data we collect

We collect:

Account information (name, company, email, country)
Sourcing request data (RFQ content, product interests)
Order and transaction data
Platform usage data (page views, feature interactions)
Communication records (email, in-platform messages)
Device and browser data (IP address, browser type)

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process data to:

Contract performance — manage buyer and supplier accounts, process orders, issue documents
Legitimate interest — platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement
Consent — marketing communications, newsletter subscription
Legal obligation — tax records, export compliance documentation

4. Data sharing

We share data with: payment processors, logistics partners, cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4). We do not sell personal data. Supplier data is not shared with buyers beyond what is disclosed in the approved buyer platform.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the account plus 3 years after closure. Order and transaction data is retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance. Marketing consent data is retained until withdrawn.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (GDPR for EU residents, PIPA for Korean residents), you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and port your data. Submit requests to cs@dxconsulting.co.kr.

7. Cookies

We use essential, analytics, and marketing cookies. Cookie preferences can be managed on the Cookie Settings tab.

8. Updates

We will notify registered users by email of material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
