Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or submitting an RFQ on the AAMOND Beauty platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform access

Full platform access — including pricing, brand identity, and documents — requires account approval by AAMOND Beauty. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Buyer obligations

Buyers agree to:

  • Provide accurate company and sourcing information
  • Use platform data only for legitimate sourcing purposes
  • Not share supplier pricing, product data, or brand identities with third parties without written consent
  • Comply with applicable import regulations in the destination country

4. Supplier obligations

Suppliers agree to:

  • Provide accurate product, certification, and capacity information
  • Maintain listed certifications and notify AAMOND Beauty of any changes
  • Fulfill orders per the distribution agreement and confirmed quotations
  • Not contact buyers directly unless explicitly authorised

5. Orders and payment

Orders are binding when AAMOND Beauty issues a confirmed purchase order or quotation approval. Payment terms are as specified in the quotation. Late payments may result in order suspension and interest charges per applicable law.

6. Catalogue data

Product information on the platform (pricing, MOQ, lead times, certifications) is provided for reference. Final terms are confirmed in formal quotations. AAMOND Beauty makes no warranty as to the accuracy of catalogue data and is not liable for decisions made based on catalogue information alone.

7. Intellectual property

Platform content, design, and brand assets are the property of AAMOND Beauty. Supplier product images and materials remain the property of the respective suppliers. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

AAMOND Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, order delays, or product defects beyond the value of the confirmed order. Supplier quality obligations are governed by the distribution agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
