FDA facility registration

What is FDA facility registration?

The MoCRA obligation for every facility that manufactures or processes cosmetics for the US market to register with the FDA, including foreign facilities. Registration must be renewed biennially, with the renewal date driven by the original registration date rather than by a single industry-wide deadline. Korean contract manufacturers must be registered even when the product ships through a US importer.
