LOI (Letter of Intent)
What is LOI?
A non-binding statement of intended volumes and terms, used to open serious negotiation or to secure exclusivity discussions before a full contract exists. Korean suppliers often ask for one before releasing detailed cost breakdowns or reserving production capacity.
