Tone-up cream

What is Tone-up cream?

A lightly whitening base cream that brightens the complexion optically, usually with titanium dioxide, and often with SPF. Strongly Korean in positioning; the word "whitening" needs care in some Western markets where the claim reads differently, so it is generally sold as "tone-up" or "glow".
