What is Chinese domestic responsible person?

The China-registered entity that files or registers the product with the NMPA and bears legal responsibility for it in China. Whoever holds this role holds the registration — so if a distributor files under its own name, moving to a new partner means re-registering from scratch. Negotiate ownership of the filing before it is submitted.
