Cross-border e-commerce (CBEC)

What is Cross-border e-commerce?

Selling directly to overseas consumers from stock held outside their country, or from a bonded warehouse. In China it is a distinct regulatory lane that has historically avoided full NMPA registration for general cosmetics — attractive for testing demand, but it does not build the registration base you need for offline retail.
