What is Fragrance / parfum?

A collective INCI term covering a proprietary scent blend, which is why a single word can hide dozens of individual materials. For EU-bound products the specified allergens inside it must still be declared separately once above threshold, so ask the supplier for the fragrance house's allergen certificate rather than relying on the INCI list.
