ODM (Original Design Manufacturing)

What is ODM?

The manufacturer supplies its own existing formula and design, which the buyer brands as its own. Far faster and cheaper than OEM because the formula is already stability-tested and often already documented for export — at the cost of exclusivity, since the same base may be sold to other brands.
