What is UK SCPN and UK Responsible Person?

Since Brexit the UK runs its own notification service, Submit Cosmetic Product Notification, and requires a UK-established Responsible Person separate from the EU one. The technical dossier is essentially the same as the EU PIF, but the notification, the RP and the label address are all duplicated — budget for two RPs if you sell into both.
