The EU portal where every cosmetic product must be notified before being placed on the market. Notification itself is free and takes effect immediately — there is no approval step.

Why does CPNP matter when sourcing Korean cosmetics?

What takes time is what must exist before you can notify: a completed safety assessment signed by a qualified assessor, a Product Information File, and an EU-based Responsible Person to submit it. Budget four to eight weeks for that groundwork, not for the portal.
