What does the order process look like?

1. Submit an RFQ with your requirements. 2. We prepare a curated proposal. 3. Quotation issued and agreed. 4. Deposit payment and production starts. 5. Shipment arranged and documents issued. Approved buyers can track every step in the buyer dashboard.

How it works

What are the typical lead times?

Lead times depend on the product, order volume, and production scheduling. Standard products: 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. Custom or private-label: 8–16 weeks. Sample orders: 2–3 weeks. Lead times are confirmed in the quotation.

What Incoterms do you offer?

We ship FOB (Incheon or Busan), CIF (buyer's destination port), and EXW. Incoterms are confirmed in the quotation based on your logistics preferences and destination.

Do you handle shipping and freight forwarding?

Yes. We coordinate freight forwarding, customs export documentation, and shipping for all orders. You can also nominate your own freight forwarder — inform us at the order stage. Sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight are both available.

What export documents are provided?

Standard document set: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin. Additional documents (test reports, COA, phytosanitary certificates) are available upon request and subject to supplier availability.
