Yes. Every cosmetic product sold in the EU must be notified to the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) by a Responsible Person established in the EU. AAMOND Beauty can facilitate Responsible Person appointment and CPNP notification for products in our catalog. Typical preparation time: 4–8 weeks.
EU regulations guideMoCRA (Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act, 2022) requires facility registration and product listing with the FDA for all cosmetics sold in the US, including imports. If you are the US importer of record, these obligations apply to you. We assist with documentation to support your MoCRA compliance.
MoCRA guideSome products in our catalog already hold Halal certification. For products without it, we can coordinate the certification process with the supplier — subject to product formulation compatibility and timing. Add Halal certification requirements to your RFQ.
