CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report)

What is CPSR?

The two-part safety assessment inside the PIF: Part A gathers the safety data on ingredients, exposure and impurities; Part B is the qualified assessor's reasoned conclusion. It must be signed by a suitably qualified assessor — normally a toxicologist — and it is the single most common bottleneck in an EU launch.
